Spicy Pickles & Queso

HARVEST CREATIONS® Pickle Chips spiced with TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce flavor | 24 ounces |
Plum Tomatoes, diced | 10 each |
Red Onion, diced | 1½ cups |
Fresh Cilantro, chopped | 1 cup |
Small Jalapeño Peppers, veins and seeds removed, diced | 2 each |
Kosher Salt | ¾ teaspoon |
Black Pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Fresh Lime Juice | ¼ cup |
Prepared Cheese Dip | 4 cups |
Method
- In a bowl, prepare pico de gallo: Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice.
- Heat cheese dip as directed.
- Deep-fry pickle chips at 350ºF for about 2½ minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve fried pickle chips with warm cheese dip and pico de gallo.
